To begin with, I want to express that it was a lot of fun preparing it, since my husband @jontv, helped me with the dough for the Arabic bread, cooking becomes more fun when you have support and someone with whom to celebrate the result. . .
Many times it is dinner time and we do not want to repeat the same menu, so we wanted to surprise the children with something different, so I put my creativity.
The first thing I did was make an Arabic bread as we say here in Venezuela.
I will briefly explain how to do it.
Procedures and ingredients:
Add the flour and a pinch of salt.
Knead for 5 minutes with a little water and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Once it rests, you must cut a piece of dough, roll it out and place it in a pan (without oil) and leave it for 1 minute on each side without letting it toast.
Let's move on to the filling🥚
Chop the onion, tomato, parsley, coriander and chives.
5 cloves of garlic.
Beaten eggs. (According to the amount they eat at home).
Shredded chicken mortade.
Procedures:
The first thing you should do is heat the pan, add a little oil once it is hot, add the garlic, onion, tomato.
Then you are going to add the beaten eggs.
Add the parsley, chives, cilantro, and mortadella.
With the help of a spoon you must mix until everything is well cooked.
For a more beautiful touch, add cilantro to garnish.
Once ready, we just have to fill our Arabic breads and enjoy. #MealInHogar.
ESP
