On Sunday I was at my favorite Italian restaurant Ciao a tutti and tried the new taste of pizza - quattro salumi, with different types of meat, tomatoes and cheeses - mozzarella and ricotta. When I got my pizza, I thought it was served with whipped cream. Anyway, see for yourself in the photo, what would those white, cream "stars" remind you? 😉 They remind me of whipped cream spray squeezed out of a container. However, after trying it, it turned out to be ricotta, slightly sweet, with a mild, delicate flavor.
Byłam w niedzielę w mojej ulubionej włoskiej restauracji Ciao a tutti i spróbowałam nowego smaku pizzy - quattro salumi, z różnymi rodzajami mięsa, pomidorami i serami - mozarellą i ricottą. Gdy otrzymałam pizzę myślałam, że podano ją z bitą śmietaną. Zresztą sami zobaczcie na zdjęciu, co by wam przypominały te białe, kremowe "gwiazdki"? 😉 Mi przypominają bitą śmietanę w sprayu wyciśniętą z pojemnika. Jednak po spróbowaniu okazało się, że to ricotta, lekko słodka, o łagodnym, delikatnym smaku.
The different ingredients on the pizza were presented in an interesting way. The ham, especially he brightest one, reminded me of a wavy fabric. Of course, the most important thing is the taste of the dish, and it was wonderful, but when the dish is served in an attractive way, it is even more pleasant to eat. It's nice that such details have been thought of.
Różne składniki na pizzy były podane w ciekawy sposób. Szynka, szczególnie ta najjaśniejsza przypominała mi pofalowaną tkaninę. Oczywiście najważniejszy jest smak dania i ten był cudowny, ale gdy potrawa podana jest w atrakcyjny dla oka sposób jeszcze przyjemniej się ją je. Fajnie, że pomyślano o takich detalach.
I sat down in the corner of the room, although there were a lot of people in the restaurant, the tables near me were empty. It was nice to eat in such privacy. Being around people, and at the same time having ensured intimacy, not hearing their conversations close to you.
Usiadłam w rogu sali, mimo, że w restauracji było sporo osób, stoliki w pobliżu mnie były puste. Fajnie się jadło, w takiej prywatności. Będąc wśród ludzi, a jednocześnie mając zapewnioną intymność, nie słysząc ich rozmów blisko siebie.
I ordered a drink Fresca Giovanna with martini bianco, prosecco, hibiscus and lime. It was served with ice cubes, of course, and wonderfully refreshing on a hot summer day.
Zamówiłam sobie do picia drinka Fresca Giovanna z martini bianco, prosecco, hibiskusem i limonką. Był oczywiście podany z kostkami lodu i fajnie orzeźwiał w letni, gorący dzień.
For dessert, I ordered a panna cotta. This is one of my favorite Italian desserts made of cream and served with fruit - blueberries and raspberries, and with a fruit coating. I could eat a panna cotta every time I go to this restaurant. I love it 😋
A na deser zamówiłam sobie pannę cottę. To jeden z moich ulubionych włoskich deserów zrobiony ze śmietanki, a podawany z owocami - borówkami i malinami oraz z polewą owocową. Mogłabym jeść pannę cottę za każdym razem, gdy pojawiam się w tej restauracji. Uwielbiam ją 😋
