Espero que se encuentren genial, en la noche de hoy te quiero compartir un sencillo pero rico almuerzo que he preparado en la tarde de hoy con muy poquitos ingredientes pero súper divino, no tenía mucho en casa pero no quería hacer un simple arroz blanco así que le puse mucho amor y también bastante aliños y color para que este se viera y supiera increíble, acompáñame a ver esta preparación conmigo que espero de todo corazón les guste

I hope you are great, tonight I want to share with you a simple but delicious lunch that I prepared this afternoon with very few ingredients but super divine, I did not have much at home but I did not want to make a simple white rice so I put a lot of love and also enough seasoning and color to make it look and taste amazing, join me to see this preparation with me that I hope you like it with all my heart.

Primero lave muy bien mis manos y luego cada uno de los aliños para proceder a picarlos comenzando con el pimentón, cebollín, cebolla y por ultimo ralle la zanahorias, enseguida coloque todo en una olla muy grande para pasar a sofreír todos los ingredientes

First wash my hands very well and then each one of the seasonings to proceed to chop them starting with the paprika, chives, onion and finally grate the carrots, then put everything in a very large pot to fry all the ingredients.
Después de un momento que todos los aliños estuvieras bien sofritos coloque una taza de arroz y dos taza de la misma medida de agua, una cucharada de sal y deje cocinar hasta que este secara por completo, y así comenzar a servirlo, quedo tan delicioso que tan solo con unos pedacitos de aguacate estaba más que servido y listo para disfrutar
After a moment all the seasonings were well sautéed I put a cup of rice and two cups of the same measure of water, a spoonful of salt and let it cook until it was completely dry, and then start serving it, it was so delicious that with just a few pieces of avocado it was more than served and ready to enjoy.
