¡Hola a todos en esta bonita comunidad!

Hola mi gente bonita, espero estén teniendo una excelente semana, muy productiva y llena de mucha prosperidad. Yo por mi parte me vine con mis hijas y mi esposa a casa de mi suegra de visita una semana, y disfrutaron mucho de esta receta que realicé. No había tenido tiempo de publicar pero aquí les voy a compartir mi primer post de la semana.

Se trata de una receta con pocos ingredientes, una especie de torta a la que no le agregué huevo, pero me centré en un ingrediente que da muy buen sabor a este tipo de recetas; el limón.

Una torta que en principio iba a ser pan por la consistencia de la masa pero termino en torta jaja, muy deliciosa por cierto.

Una torta muy sencilla con una rica crema con sabor a leche condensada y limón es lo que vamos a realizar a continuación. Así que...

Hello my beautiful people, I hope you are having an excellent week, very productive and full of much prosperity. For my part, I came with my daughters and my wife to visit my mother-in-law's house for a week, and they really enjoyed this recipe that I made. I had not had time to publish but here I am going to share my first post of the week.

It is a recipe with few ingredients, a kind of cake to which I did not add an egg, but I focused on an ingredient that gives a very good flavor to these types of recipes; the lemon.

A cake that in principle was going to be bread due to the consistency of the dough but ended up in a cake haha, very delicious indeed.

A very simple cake with a rich cream flavored with condensed milk and lemon is what we are going to make next. So...

  • Primero, agregamos en un bol la harina de trigo, el azúcar y mezclamos.
  • First, add the wheat flour, sugar and mix in a bowl.

  • Luego agregamos la leche.
  • Mezclamos hasta que nos quede una masa.
  • Añadimos el jugo de limñon la ralladura y mezclamos.
  • Then we add the milk.
  • We mix until we have a dough.
  • Add the lemon juice, the zest and mix.

  • Yo utilicé un sartén para la cocción.
  • Previamente engrasado, vertí la masa.
  • Con la ayuda de una cucharilla la esparcí por todo el sartén.
  • I used a frying pan for cooking.
  • Previously greased, I poured the dough.
  • With the help of a teaspoon I spread it all over the pan.

  • Tapamos y colocamos a fuego bajo por unos 30min.
  • Cover and place over low heat for about 30 minutes.

  • Mientras tanto, vamos a preparar nuestra crema que usaremos como cubierta. Para lo cual necesitaremos...

  • Agregamos todos los ingredientes en una olla y batimos.
  • We add all the ingredients in a pot and beat.

  • Llevamos al fuego y cuando comience a hervir bajamos al fuego y removiendo constantemente dejamos en cocción hasta que se desgaste un poco.

Esto va a quedar muy similar a una leche condensada.

Cuando la quitemos del fuego seguimos removiendo hasta quedar a temperatura ambiente, a medida que va enfriando va a ir quedando mas espesa.

  • We take to the fire and when it starts to boil we lower the fire and stirring constantly we leave it to cook until it wears out a little.

This will be very similar to a condensed milk.

When we remove it from the heat we continue stirring until it is at room temperature, as it cools it will become thicker.

  • Ya lista la torta, la colocamos sobre una base o un plato.
  • The cake is ready, we place it on a base or a plate.

  • Ya por ultimo agregamos por encima la crema y añadimos ralladura de limón.

  • Refrigeramos por 2 horas y estará lista para servir.

  • Finally, add the cream on top and add lemon zest.

  • Refrigerate for 2 hours and it will be ready to serve.

Sin duda una receta deliciosa y sumamente sencilla.
El resultado fue una torta delgada con una base crujiente, una cubierta suave y un exquisito sabor a limón y leche condensada.

The result was a thin cake with a crunchy base, a soft topping, and a luscious lemon and condensed milk flavor.
