¡Hola queridos usuarios de Hive ✨💕!
Hi dear Hive users ✨💕!
After taking a few days off, I'm back again with this recipe, although I really come to show you how we prepare at home one of the most typical food of the days of Easter. It is very typical that in the days of holy week fish is consumed, it is a very traditional meal of the date, and I could not miss the opportunity to show you a simple way we have in my house to prepare it, so I hope you like it.
🐟 INGREDIENTES|| INGREDIENTS 🐟
- Comino, Ajo Molido y Onoto molido (Adobo).
- Sal.
- 1 huevo.
- Harina de Trigo.
- Aceite.
- Corvina fish (the quantity is according to your preference, in my case it was 1 kg).
- Cumin, Ground Garlic and Ground Onoto (Adobo).
- Salt.
- 1 egg.
- Wheat flour.
- Oil.
🐟 COMENCEMOS || LET'S GET STARTED 🐟
The fish came without scales, so the first thing we did was to wash it very well and finish filleting it.
After this we added salt and seasonings (cumin, garlic and onoto), the amount of salt and seasonings was really to taste. This went to the refrigerator for approximately 1 hour, after this time, when we took it out we added another little bit of salt.
In a separate bowl beat the egg. To fry the fish, first dip it in the egg and then in the wheat flour (if you have breadcrumbs, it also works perfectly) and then fry it in abundant oil until it is golden brown on both sides.
