(ESP-ENG) Espaguetis con salsa Arrabbiata / Spaghetti with Arrabbiata sauce

Buenas tardes queridos amigos, espero se encuentren bien... En ésta oportunidad les voy a explicar el "paso a paso" para elaborar unos exquisitos "espaguetis con salsa Arrabbiata". La magia de éste platillo está en el delicioso toque picantoso de su salsa y en la fabulosa textura de sus ingredientes... Estoy segura que después de disfrutarlos se convertirá en una de sus recetas predilectas.

Pongámonos el delantal y empecemos nuestro maravilloso proceso...

Good afternoon dear friends, I hope you are well... In this opportunity I am going to explain you the "step by step" to elaborate some exquisite "spaghetti with Arrabbiata sauce". The magic of this dish is in the delicious spicy touch of its sauce and in the fabulous texture of its ingredients... I am sure that after enjoying them it will become one of your favorite recipes.

Let's put on our apron and start our wonderful process...

Necesitarán los siguientes ingredientes:

  • 3 tomates maduros
  • 1 cebolla
  • 1 ají picante
  • 1 taza de tomate frito
  • 1 cucharadita de orégano seco
  • 1 cucharadita de sal condimentada
  • 8 hojas de célery
  • 3 aceitunas rellenas
  • 200 gr de espaguetis

  • Añadimos 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva a un sartén hondo, sofreímos la cebolla (cortada en julianas),
  • Add 2 spoonfuls of olive oil to a deep frying pan, fry the onion (cut in julienne strips),

  • Incorporamos el ají picante (finamente cortado), éste es el ingrediente que aportará el sabor picantoso a nuestra suculenta salsa.
  • We add the hot bell pepper (finely chopped), this is the ingredient that will bring the spicy flavor to our succulent sauce

  • A continuación, agregamos las aceitunas rellenas...

  • Then we add the stuffed olives...

  • En éste paso, añadimos nuestros nutritivos y coloridos tomates, (cortados en cubos medianos). Para ésta receta me encanta dejar algunos trozos sin triturar.
  • In this step, we add our nutritious and colorful tomatoes (cut in medium cubes). For this recipe I love to leave some pieces uncrushed.

  • Incorporamos el orégano seco y la sal condimentada (mezclamos bien).
  • We incorporate the dry oregano and the seasoned salt (we mix well).

  • Colocamos el tomate frito... Éste ingrediente aporta una textura fabulosa.
  • We put the fried tomato... This ingredient provides a fabulous texture.

  • Trituramos algunos cubos de tomate, cocinamos a fuego "lento" durante 20 minutos o hasta que observemos que todos los ingredientes se integraron bien y la salsa haya adquirido una consistencia cremosa.
  • Crush some tomato cubes, cook over a "slow" fire for 20 minutes or until we observe that all the ingredients have been well integrated and the sauce has acquired a creamy consistency.

  • El último ingrediente en agregar serán las hojas de célery... Tapamos el sartén, apagamos la estufa y dejamos reposar durante 15 minutos antes de emplatar.
  • The last ingredient to be added will be celery leaves... Cover the pan, turn off the stove and let it rest for 10 minutes before plating.
