Hope you will share with us when you make it, and hopefully yours will look a lot nicer than mine!!
I'll share it if I get the rice noodles right but I don't know about look better than yours! ! haha. I know they are easy to cook but I still mess them up half the time somehow over-soaking them. I generally fry them in sesame oil because I'm allergic to soya sauce, sometimes I make a little spicy peanut satay sauce to go with it.
