I want to share with you a very special recipe, "Sausage and cabbage crostata", this is a rich tart of Italian origin, which is usually made with sweet filling, however, this time I will make it with a salty filling, of succulent sausage sauce with cabbage, it is really very tasty, I tell you that this is one of my family's favorite dishes for afternoon snacks, they enjoy it a lot.
Quiero compartir con ustedes una receta muy especial, “ Crostata de salchichas y repollo”, esta es una rica tarta de origen italiano, que por lo general suele hacerse con relleno dulce, sin embargo, en esta ocasión la haré con un relleno salado , de un suculento sofrito de salchichas con repollo, es realmente muy sabrosa, les comento que este es uno de los platillos preferidos de mi familia para merendar en las tardes, ellos la disfrutan mucho.
