Nutty Triple Chocolate Fudge Brownies Recipe

Is there any room left for dessert after dinner? Who is in with me again this time? 😊 Let's prepare a dessert that can be eaten even when it slept in a fridge for a night. But some kids love to wake up and ask for snacks during midnight. My baby brother sleeps at 01:00 AM due to his modules and projects, so I guess this one is the easiest and best snack to prepare compared to his favorite pasta that would take too much of my time. I only need a short time to expose myself in the kitchen due to my enlarging baby bump. But still I need to prepare something for my baby brother that he'll surely love, so let's start! 😊 Please bear me with me! 😉

INGREDIENTS:

  • 130 g brown sugar ( ¾ cup )
  • 110 g caster sugar/white sugar ( ½ cup )
  • 75 g cocoa powder ( ¾ cup )
  • 75 g plain flour ( ½ cup )
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 100 g dark chocolate chips ( 1 cup of small chips )
  • 100 g white chocolate chips ( 1 cup of small chips )
  • 100 g of mixed nuts of your choice ( I used ½ cups of cashews and ½ cups of peanuts )
  • 150 g butter ( ⅔ cups )
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste
  • 3 eggs lightly beaten
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Prepare all the ingredients and in a bowl, sieve all the dry ingredients, blend it well then set aside.

In a bowl, melt the butter, and pour the beaten eggs and vanilla extract. Blend it well.

Now, pour the melted butter mixture into our dry ingredients and mix using a spatula. Blend it thoroughly.

Then pour the chocolate chips and nuts into the batter. Then, mix it well for the mixture to be evenly distributed.

Assuming that you already have prepared a baking pan suited for cooking brownies, apply oil into the pan before putting the parchment paper on top of the baking pan for it to be easier to remove the brownies once cold. Level the surface of the batter using a spatula.

Preheat the oven to its maximum temperature for 5 minutes then slowly switch the knob to its desired temperature to be used for our cooking which will be 170°C. Now put the baking pan inside the oven for 35 minutes under 170°C or 350°F. After the cooking duration, let it sit for a while and allow it to cool down. Wait for 5-10 minutes before removing it.

Allow the brownies to cool down before cutting it to your desired dimensions. You may notice that the brownies appear to be so soft after removing from the oven but don't worry for it is normal especially when it is still hot. Once it'll completely cold, it will harden and will have a crunchy surface.

And here is our finished product — our Nutty Triple Chocolate Fudge Brownies. Enjoy and happy eating everyone! 😉🤤
