Eating pasta is one of my delights, I prepare it in different ways; And today I bring you some delicious baked pen type macaroni, which is like a lasagna or pasticho. This recipe is made from tomato sauce, bechamel-type white cream and assembling the macaroni to then be baked. Here I show you its preparation.

El consumir pasta es una de mis delicias, las preparo de diversas maneras; y hoy les traigo unos ricos macarrones tipo pluma al horno, que quedo como una lasaña o pasticho. Esta receta es realizada desde la salsa de tomate, crema blanca tipo bechamel y el armar los macarrones para luego ser llevado al horno. Aquí te muestro su preparación.

Ingredients

1 kilo of pen pasta
250 grams of ground beef
Tomato
Onion
Chili pepper
Chives, coriander, salt, oil

Ingredientes
1 Kilo de pasta pluma
250 gramos de carne molida
Tomate
Cebolla
Ají
Cebollín, cilantro, sal , aceite

  • To start is to make the tomato sauce, I take the vegetables and cut them into small pieces and then take them to blend

Para comenzar es realizar la salsa de tomate, tomo los vegetales y corto en pequeños trozos para luego llevara licuar

  • Here I have the mixture of the sauce and I take it to cook

Ya aquí tengo la mezcla de la salsa y llevo a cocción

  • I wait for it to boil and put the ground meat, salt and oil on it. In this way the tomato sauce with meat is ready

Espero a que hierva y coloco la carne molida, sal y aceite onotado. De esta manera esta lista la salsa de tomate con carne

  • I have shared the bechamel sauce in other of my recipes, however I tell you that I prepare it with milk, cornstarch, garlic, onion, butter, cilantro and white cheese. This I unite everything and let it thicken.

La salsa bechamel la he compartido en otras de mis recetas, sin embargo les comento que la preparo con leche, maicena, ajo, cebolla, mantequilla , cilantro y queso blanco. Esto lo uno todo y dejo a que espese.

  • Cook the macaroni or pen pasta until they soften

Lleve a cocinar los macarrones o pasta pluma hasta que se ablandaran

  • Already ready both the sauce and bechamel cream, I proceeded to assemble this rich pasta and then take it to the oven. Take the tray and place a first layer of bechamel cream

Ya lista tanto la salsa y crema bechamel, procedí armar esta rica pasta para luego llevar al horno. Tome la bandeja y coloque una primera capa de crema bechamel

  • Then add the meat sauce. I carry out this procedure by incorporating each layer of the ingredients of the pasta that we have left.

Posteriormente coloque la salsa de carne. Este procedimiento lo realizo incorporando cada capa de los ingredientes de la pasta que nos queda.

  • In this way, take it to the oven and wait for it to brown and come down from the heat, wait for it to rest so that I can serve my family.

De esta manera lleve al horno y espere a que dorara y baje del fuego, espere a que se reposara para poder servir a mi familia.
