It's Spaghetti Time! Vegan Styleπ
Spaghetti in Mediterranean Tomato Sauce with Beluga Lentils,
Sunflower- & Pumpkin seeds, plus Fresh Green Salad with Cherry Tomatoes:
My Famous Marriage of Pasta & Veggies/Lentils/Sauce...
So you can cook up a fresh tomato sauce or use a good
organic bought sauce (out of a glass) and add it together
with the ready cooked lentils to the pasta.
Add some olive oil.
Stir it gentle, so that the spaghetti remain spaghetti.π
Serve it with a Spin: π
Simply use a fork to "design" the last
spaghetti you put on the plate.

Add Salad, Fresh, Organic, As Regional as possible...maybe your own..π
Plus Fresh Ground Pepper & Herbs de Provence ...
In the last step...
we add the cherry tomatoes, sunflower- & pumpkin seeds.
Some more olive oil & vinegar, and we are good to go...

Nice work, I think any Italian would approve. It's been so long since I've seen a cherry tomato that I nearly forgot they exist. With the seeds and lentils, I'm sure this is a very filling dish too.
