Saludos amigos hoy les comparto un rico hígado encebollado acompañado de una ensalada de aguacate, arroz y tajadas de plátano maduro para esto necesitamos

Montamos a hervir 2 tazas de agua con sal, cebolla, pimenton dejamos hervir y añadimos una taza de arroz hasta que este sueltecito

Lavamos muy bien nuestro higado y colocamos orégano, comino, sal y mezclamos muy bien y llevamos al fue con un poquito de aceite onotado y un corrito de agua para que quede jugoso, dejamos cocinar hasta el punto deseado.

Lavamos muy bien la lechuga con agua y vinagre, luego picamos junto al tomate y añadimos sal , mayonesa, un corrito de vinagre o limón removemos
