Vamos a necesitar/ We are going to need:
Carne de Res/ Beef.
Harina de maíz/ Cornmeal
Papas, zanahorias, auyama, cebolla, cilantro, cebollín, ajoporro, jojoto/ Potatoes, carrots, pumpkin, onion, cilantro, chives, leek, jojoto.
Cubito de pollo o carne, sal/ Chicken or meat cube, salt.
Fideos/ Noodles.
Cortar la carne en cubos y poner a cocinar en una olla con agua para hacer la sopa.
Cut the meat into cubes and cook in a pot with water to make the soup.
Cortar papas, zanahorias, auyama y cebolla en cubos y añadir a la sopa.
Cut potatoes, carrots, pumpkin and onion into cubes and add to the soup.
Cortar el jojoto en trocos y añadir a la sopa.
Cut the jojoto into logs and add to the soup.
Agregar cubito carne y de ser necesario sal.
Add meat cube and if necessary salt.
Cortar cilantro, cebollín, ajoporro y añadir a la sopa.
Cut coriander, chives, leek and add to the soup.
Agregar fideos o algún tipo de pasta a la sopa.
Add noodles or some type of pasta to the soup.
En una taza agregar agua, sal y harina de maíz, luego amasar y hacer
pequeñas bolas y añadir a la sopa.
In a cup add water, salt and cornmeal, then knead and make small balls and add to the soup.
Por últico volver a cortar cilantro y cebollín y añadir a la sopa antes de apagar la cocina, Luego disfruta de esta deliciosa y nutritiva sopa.
Finally re-chop cilantro and chives and add to the soup before turning off the stove, then enjoy this delicious and nutritious soup.
