Feliz inicio de semana hivers, mi receta de hoy es un delicioso pollo con sabor a navidad, ya que lo preparé con aceitunas y pasitas, espero les guste y lo hagan en casa.

Vamos a necesitar/ We are going to need:
Pollo en presas/ Chicken in prey.
Cebolla, pimentón, ají, cebolla larga, ajo, tomate y cilantro/ Onion, paprika, chili, long onion, garlic, tomato and coriander.
Papa, zanahoria, huevo/ Potato, carrot, egg.
Mayonesa, mostaza y vinagre/ Mayonnaise, mustard and vinegar.
Aceitunas, pasitas / Olives, raisins.
Aceite / Oil.
Cubito de pollo, salsa inglesa, ajo, salsa 57, sal / Chicken cube, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, sauce 57, salt.
Cortar los vegetales y sofreír en aceite, agregar ajo machacado.
Cut the vegetables and fry in oil, add crushed garlic.
Agregar el pollo a los vegetales y condimentar con cubito, salsa inglesa, salsa 57, de ser necesario ajustar la sal.
Add the chicken to the vegetables and season with cubes, Worcestershire sauce, sauce 57, if necessary adjust the salt.
Añadir las pasitas y las aceitunas al pollo.
Add the raisins and olives to the chicken.
Agregar una taza de caldo de pollo y dejar cocinar.

Para hacer la ensalada colocar la papa, zanahoria y un huevo a cocinar.

Una vez que la papa y la zanahoria ablanden cortar en cuadros pequeños, igual el huevo cocido.

Añadir cilantro picado a la ensalada y aderezar con sal, mayonesa, mostaza y vinagre.

Cocinar una taza de arroz en dos tazas de gaua, añadir sal.
Cook a cup of rice in two cups of gaua, add salt.
Sirve y disfruta de esta deliciosa comida hecha en casa.
