Muy buenas tardes a la comunidad de #hivers. Hoy les compartiré una receta de deditos/rollitos rellenos muy fácil de preparar, que podría sustituir a los deliciosos tequeños. Es importante acotar que, el relleno queda a decisión de cada persona, en mi caso fue carne molida, sin embargo pueden agregarle, pollo, queso, jamón, salchicha, entre otros. Intenten hacerlo y me dicen que tal.

Ingredientes: / ingredients:

1 taza de harina
1 cda mantequilla
3 cda azúcar
½ cda levadura seca
¼ taza agua
¼ cda de sal
Aceite para freir
Relleno a su elección, yo escogí carne molida

1 cup of flour
1 tbsp butter
3 tbsp sugar
½ tbsp dry yeast
¼ cup water
¼ tbsp of salt
Oil for frying
Stuffing of your choice, I chose ground beef

Proceso:/ Process

Se mezcla la harina, mantequilla, azúcar y la levadura, y se va incorporando el agua hasta que tome uniformidad. Cuando los ingredientes estén mezclados, trasladamos la masa a un mesón limpio, para poder amasar con nuestras manos, en este proceso es cuando se le agrega sal. Si al amasar se observa que la consistencia de la masa es pastosa, se le agrega harina. La masa estará lista luego de 10 min de amasado, o cuando no se nos pegue de las manos/mesón.

The flour, butter, sugar and yeast are mixed, and the water is incorporated until it becomes uniform. Armamos los dedos o rollitos de carne molida de la siguiente forma:

  • Se toma la mitad de la masa, y se extiende con un rodillo muy delgadita.
  • Se corta esa masa en 4 partes iguales.
  • Se toma una de esas 4 partes y se trata de extender lo mas delgado posible.
  • Se dispone el relleno en la parte superior de la masa y se sella con agua.
  • Se enrolla hacia la parte inferior. y Listo!

We assemble the fingers or ground beef rolls as follows:
-Take half of the dough, and spread it with a very thin rolling pin.
-This dough is cut into 4 equal parts.
-One of these 4 parts is taken and it is about extending as thin as possible.
-The filling is placed on top of the dough and sealed with water.
-Rolls to the bottom. and ready!
