Greetings my friends of this beautiful community as it is #FoodiesBeeHive, again with you to share with you a simple and practical breakfast, I hope you are all very well and that God's blessing tuck me greatly.
El huevo es un alimento recomendado para las personas enfermas por su alto valor nutricional. El huevo frito se puede servir a cualquier hora del día, perfectos para un rico desayuno o una deliciosa cena, forma parte de platos principales. Esta sencilla y humilde comida es muy nutritiva yo los acompañe con queso y unos tomates para adornar.
Eggs are a food recommended for sick people due to their high nutritional value. Fried eggs can be served at any time of the day, perfect for a rich breakfast or a delicious dinner, it is part of main dishes. This simple and humble meal is very nutritious. I served it with cheese and tomatoes for garnish.
INGREDIENTES
- 1/2 Kilo de Harina.
- 4 Huevos.
- 1/4 de queso Rayado.
- Mantequilla al Gusto.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 Kilo of flour.
- 4 eggs.
- 1/4 of grated cheese.
- Butter to taste.
En un recipiente agrego el harina le coloco un poco de sal y le voy agregando el agua poco a poco y voy amasando hasta que la masa quede muy suave.
In a bowl I add the flour, add a little salt and add the water little by little and knead until the dough is very smooth.
Ya cuando la masa esta lista procedo a armar las bolitas para darle forma del bollo, yo le abro un agujero y lo tapo por el lado de abajo eso para que el bollo se cocine por dentro mucho mas rápido.
When the dough is ready I proceed to assemble the balls to shape the bun, I open a hole and cover it on the bottom side so that the bun cooks inside much faster.
Con los bollos armados, colocado una olla al fuego espero que se caliente y los agrego.
With the buns assembled, I place a pot on the stove and wait for it to heat up and add them.
Mientras se cocinan los bollos voy preparando los huevos un secreto que descubrí para que los huevos no se nos peguen a la sarten es, cuando le agrego el aceite una vez ya caliente le agrego una pizca de harina de trigo para que no se peguen ni se rompan.
While the buns are cooking I am preparing the eggs. A secret I discovered so that the eggs do not stick to the pan is, when I add the oil once it is hot I add a pinch of wheat flour so that they do not stick or break.
Y por ultimo procedo a rayar el queso ya todos los ingredientes listos procedo a servir.
And finally I proceed to grate the cheese and once all the ingredients are ready I proceed to serve.
