Saludos a todos, espero la estén pasando muy bien. Hoy les quiero compartir una receta fácil y práctica en solo tres pasos, que prepare para el almuerzo de ayer Domingo, un delicioso Arroz frito con Salchicha y Vegetales.
Greetings everyone, I hope you are having a great time. Today I want to share with you an easy and practical recipe in only three steps, that I prepared for lunch yesterday Sunday, a delicious Fried Rice with Sausage and Vegetables.

- Arroz
- Salchicha
- Zanahoria
- Vainitas
- Pimentón
- Cebolla blanca
- Cebolla en rama(cebollín)
- Ajo porro
- Ají dulce
- Ajo, cúrcuma y alcaparras
- Cubitos de pollo Maggi
- Aceite
- Sal
- Rice
- Sausage
- Carrot
- Vanitas
- Paprika
- White onion
- Onion sticks (spring onion)
- Garlic
- Sweet chili
- Garlic, turmeric and capers
- Maggi chicken cubes
- Oil
- Salt
Preparación | Preparation
☑️ Paso 1: Se pican todos los vegetales: Zanahoria, Vainitas, Pimentón, Cebolla blanca, Cebolla en rama(cebollín), Ajo porro, Ají dulce, Alcaparras y también la Salchicha, se **ralla **la cúrcuma y la zanahoria, se tritura el ajo. Por ultimo se lava el arroz.
Step 1:** Chop all the vegetables: Carrot, Vanitas, Paprika, White onion, Onion, Spring onion, Garlic, Sweet bell pepper, Capers and also the Sausage, grate the turmeric and carrot, crush the garlic. Finally, wash the rice.
☑️ Paso 2: En un olla se calienta aceite y se sofríen poco a poco todos los vegetales, la salchicha y luego se le agrega el arroz, la sal, el cubito, la cúrcuma y las alcaparras.
Step 2: In a pot, heat oil and sauté all the vegetables, sausage and then add the rice, salt, cube, turmeric and capers.

☑️ Paso 3: Ya cuando todo este sofrito se le echa agua y se deja cocinar hasta que todo se seque y luego se tapa la olla.
Step 3:** Once everything is sautéed, add water and let it cook until everything is dry and then cover the pot.

El arroz frito con salchicha y vegetales lo acompañe con chuleta de cochino y papas horneadas.
The fried rice with sausage and vegetables was accompanied by pork chop and baked potatoes.
