Preparación | Preparation
Paso 1: La carne se coloca en una olla a presión, se le echa agua, se deja cocinar por 1/2 hora para que ablande. Luego se retira del fuego, se saca la carne para dejar enfriar y se procede a desmechar.
Si se cocina en una olla convencional, la carne tardara 1 hora en ablandarse.

Paso 2: Se desmenuza la carne, se pican todos los vegetales y se tritura el ajo.
Step 2: Shred the meat, chop all the vegetables and crush the garlic.
Paso 3: En un sarten se calienta el aceite y se sofríen todos los vegetales: la cebolla blanca, la cebolla junca, el pimentón, el ají dulce, el tomate, ajo porro y el ajo. Seguidamente se le agrega la carne desmenuzada. Se prepara en una taza una salsa con: la mayonesa, salsa inglesa, mostaza, curry, pimentón molido, cominos, la sal y pimienta negra al gusto. Se mezclan todos los ingredientes y se deja sofreír por unos 15 minutos.
