Saludos a todos los Hivers, nuevamente por aquí, después de varios días ausente por motivos de salud, pero ya todo muy bien. Para hoy prepare una rica y nutritiva Coliflor rebosada, como la preparaba mi madre.

Los ingredientes que se utilizan para esta receta son muy sencillos Y la base del plato es la coliflor que se rebosa en harina y huevo.

The ingredients used for this recipe are very simple AND the base of the dish is cauliflower that is dipped in flour and egg.

1 coliflor
Harina de trigo
huevo
mantequilla

sal y pimienta

Preparación | Preparation

Comenzamos quitándole las hojas y el tronco a la Coliflor, luego con la mano cortamos los arbolitos y procedemos a hervirlos en agua por 5 minutos, escurrimos y reservamos.

We begin by removing the leaves and stem from the cauliflower, then we cut the florets by hand and proceed to boil them in water for 5 minutes, drain and set aside.

Batimos los huevos y le agregamos sal y pimienta al gusto.

Beat the eggs and add salt and pepper to taste.

Pasamos la coliflor, por la harina de trigo y luego por el huevo batido. Calentamos en un sarten la mantequilla con un chorrito de aceite y comenzamos a freír, hasta que queden doraditos.

We pass the cauliflower through the wheat flour and then through the beaten egg. Heat the butter in a frying pan with a drizzle of oil and start frying until golden brown.
