Hoy le traigo un arroz chino en la cual realicé para compartir en familia. Delicioso a lo personal me gusta mucho y como no prepararlo a mi familia en casa. Es muy fácil y sencillo prepararlo en casa
Today I bring you a Chinese rice which I made to share with the family. Delicious to me personally I like it very much and how not to prepare it to my family at home. It is very easy and simple to prepare it at home
Ingredientes || Ingredients
- 1 kg de arroz.
- Pechuga de pollo.
- Salsa de Soya.
- Cebollín.
- Aceite.
- Salchicha.
- Sal China.
- 1 kg of rice.
- Chicken breast.
- Soy sauce.
- Chives.
- Oil.
- Sausage.
- Chinese salt.
Pasos a Seguir || Pasos a seguir
Paso 1: Realizaremos nuestro arroz que tiene suelto en mi caso no realice con cuatro vasos de arroz que le agregues ahí vasos de agua para que no quede suelto.
Step 1: We will realize our rice that has loose in my case do not perform with four glasses of rice that you add there glasses of water so that it is not loose.
Paso 2: Picaremos nuestro pollo sólo utilizaremos la pechuga y cortamos en trozos pequeños como salteado.
Step 2: We will chop our chicken we will only use the breast and cut into small pieces as sauté.
Paso 3: Sofreír nuestra pechuga hasta que se dore o como lo desees y sofreír nuestro cebollín aparte.
Step 3: Stir-fry our breast until golden brown or as desired and stir-fry our scallion on the side.

Paso 4: En una paila grande agregaremos nuestro arroz con un poco de aceite y mezclamos luego agregaremos nuestra salsa de soya china seguimos con el cebollín , nuestro pollo y la salchicha. Si desea agregar algo más lo puedes hacer.
Step 4: In a large pan we will add our rice with a little oil and mix then add our Chinese soy sauce followed by the scallion, our chicken and sausage. If you want to add something else you can do it.
