Saludos queridos amigos amantes de lo dulce y el sabor, este día les presentare la preparación de una deliciosa torta de parchita que hice para festejar el cumpleaños de mi hijo, pues pienso que es importante celebrar este día especial con un rico trozo de pastel.

Materiales para la torta:
1 kilo de harina leudante
6 huevos
700 gms de azúcar
1 papeleta de polvo de hornear
3 cdas de aceite
2 tazas de jugo concentrado de parchita.
½ cdta de sal.

1 kilo of leavening flour
6 eggs
700 gms of sugar
1 teaspoon of baking powder
3 tablespoons of oil
2 cups of parchita juice concentrate.
½ teaspoon salt.

Ingredientes para el sirope de parchita:
1 taza de azúcar
2 parchitas “pulpa”
½ taza de agua

Ingredients for the parchita syrup:
1 cup sugar
2 parchitas "pulp
½ cup water

Procedimiento:
Primero separamos las yemas de las claras, en un bol agregamos las yemas, azúcar, sal, aceite, polvo de hornear y mezclamos hasta unir todos los ingredientes revisando que la azúcar se disuelva bien, para agregar el jugo concentrado de parchita y luego la harina de a poco dando movimientos suaves.

Por otra parte batimos las claras hasta que esta se eleve y las agregamos a la mezcla creando movimientos en forma envolvente, seguido en una bandeja previamente engrasada y enharinada vertimos y llevamos al horno por 45 min.

On the other hand, beat the egg whites until it rises and add them to the mixture creating wrapping movements, then in a previously greased and floured pan, pour and bake in the oven for 45 minutes.

Para el sirope en una olla agregamos el agua, la azúcar y la pulpa de parchita revolvemos y dejamos cocinar a fuego lento hasta que este tome consistencia espesa y apagamos dejando reposar.

For the syrup, in a saucepan add the water, sugar and parchita pulp, stir and let it cook over low heat until it thickens and turn it off, leaving it to rest.

Al tener nuestro bizcocho listo decore con una crema italiana común dándole varias capaz para agregar el sirope de parchita este se adhiera al enfriarse.

Les puedo decir que esta torta de parchita quedo muy rica y así pude cantarle el cumpleaños feliz a mi hijo en familia como debe ser.
