Feliz día amigos de @foodiesbeehive, espero se encuentren muy bien y que las bendiciones en nuestra mesa no falten. Recibir una invitación a comer es un gesto muy lindo, mi hija @lucianav me había invitado a tomar sopa desde hace unos días y este sábado pasado tuvimos el tiempo ideal para concretar tan bella invitación de parte de ella. Inicialmente la invitación era para tomarnos un minestrone que le habían recomendado, pero al revisar las redes sociales detalló que se ofrecía en el menú del día en local que le habían indicado SOPA DE MONDONGO y como me conoce muy bien no dudo en llevarme hasta allá.

Receiving an invitation to eat is a very nice gesture, my daughter @lucianav had invited me to eat soup a few days ago and this past Saturday we had the ideal time to realize such a beautiful invitation from her. Initially the invitation was to have a minestrone that had been recommended to her, but when she checked the social networks she detailed that SOPA DE MONDONGO was offered in the menu of the day in a place that had been indicated to her and as she knows me very well she didn't hesitate to take me there.
El lugar se encuentra ubicado en el Centro comercial Cumaná plaza, en Cumaná-Estado Sucre y lleva por nombre Oriente food Cumaná (@orientefoodcna), mi esposo nos dejó en el centro de la ciudad y luego de una compra muy necesaria, nos fuimos directo hasta allá, ya daban las 12pm, hora del almuerzo. El comercio se encuentra en el área de feria de comida del referido centro comercial y en él se ofrecen básicamente pollo frito y sopas, además de un espectacular papelón con limón típico del clima tropical de esta ciudad.
Para el día tenían para ofrecer la sopa y un combo de pollo, mi hija pidió pollo para ella y su novio y yo por supuesto la espectacular y deliciosa sopa de mondongo, la cual tenía un costo de 3$ en un plato de un tamaño bastante regular a grande acompañado de aguacate y casabe.
The place is located in the Cumaná Plaza Shopping Center, in Cumaná-Sucre State and is called Oriente food Cumaná (@orientefoodcna), my husband left us in the center of the city and after a much needed purchase, we went straight there, it was already 12pm, time for lunch. The store is located in the food fair area of the aforementioned mall and basically offers fried chicken and soups, as well as a spectacular papelón with lemon, typical of the tropical climate of this city.
For the day they had to offer soup and a chicken combo, my daughter ordered chicken for her and her boyfriend and I of course the spectacular and delicious mondongo soup, which had a cost of $ 3 in a plate of a fairly regular to large size accompanied by avocado and cassava.
Siempre que pido sopa mis espectativas son muy altas ya que soy de poco comer sopar fuera de casa, pero cuando la pido me gusta disfrutarla de principio a fin y en esta ocasión quedé más que complacida. Era una sopa con un sabor divino de principio a fin, espesa y con ese toque ligeramente dulce característico de este plato, la verdura de la mejor, muy nutrida con yuca, plátano, ocumo, auyama todos de la mejo calidad y el mondongo con la cocción perfecta, muy limpio y a la vista provocativo.
Whenever I order soup my expectations are very high since I am not a big fan of eating soup outside the house, but when I order it I like to enjoy it from start to finish and on this occasion I was more than pleased. It was a soup with a divine flavor from start to finish, thick and with that slightly sweet touch characteristic of this dish, the vegetables were the best, very nutritious with yucca, plantain, ocumo, auyama all of the best quality and the tripe with the perfect cooking, very clean and provocative to the eye.
Pensé que no lograría tomarme toda la sopa porque la cantidad era bastante y aunque mi hija probó un poco el caldo (ella no come mongongo) sí pude disfrutar y terminar todo el contenido aunque ya sabía que el sueño se apoderaría de mi al hacer la digestión, pero ya no podía hacer más que entregarme a los brazos de Morfeo luego de disfrutar tan rico almuerzo y llegar a casa.
A los que viven en Cumaná-Venezuela no dejen de visitar Oriente food Cumaná y disfrutar de sus ricas sopas, por mi parte ya tengo planeado volver porque si esta fue deliciosa ya sueño con la de minestrone.

I thought I would not be able to drink all the soup because the quantity was enough and although my daughter tasted a little of the broth (she does not eat mongongo) I was able to enjoy and finish all the contents although I knew that sleep would take over me when digesting, but I could not do anything else but surrender to the arms of morpheus after enjoying such a delicious lunch and get home.To those who live in Cumaná, Venezuela do not fail to visit Oriente food Cumaná and enjoy their delicious soups, for my part I already plan to return because if this was delicious I already dream of the minestrone.
