Hoy voy a compartir con vosotros una receta que he hecho por primera vez, pero que me ha gustado el resultado.

Today I will share with you a recipe that I made for the first time, but I liked the result very much.

Ingredientes:

tamaño de la bandeja 26cm
8 trozos
(He utilizado un vaso de 200 ml)

3 huevos
1 taza de azúcar glas
1/2 taza de aceite
2 tazas de harina
1 taza de yogur
2 melocotones
1 sobre polvo de hornear
vainilla

Para el caramelo:
5-6 cucharadas de azúcar cristalino
4 cucharadas de agua
50g de mantequilla

Ingredients:

(I used a 200ml glass)

3 eggs
1 tsp icing sugar
1/2 tsp oil
2 tsp flour
1 tsp yoghurt
2 peaches
1 baking powder
vanilla

For the caramel:
5-6 tablespoons crystal sugar
4 tablespoons water
50g butter

  • 3 яйца
  • 1 ч.ч. пудра захар
  • 1/2 ч.ч. олио
  • 2 ч.ч. брашно
  • 1 ч.ч. кисело мляко
  • 2 праскови
  • 1 бакпулвер
  • ванилия

За карамела:

5-6 супени лъжи кристална захар
4 супени лъжици вода
50гр масло

Preparación:

Batimos los huevos y el azúcar hasta que blanqueen y doblen su cantidad.
Añadimos el yogur, el aceite y la vainilla. Por último, añadimos la harina, tamizándola con la levadura en polvo.
Mezclamos lentamente con una espátula de silicona.


Preparation:

Beat the eggs and sugar until white and double in quantity.
Add the yogurt, oil and vanilla. Finally add the flour, sifting it in with the baking powder. Mix slowly with a silicone spatula.


Приготвяне:

Разбиваме яйцата и захарта до побеляване и удвояване на количеството.
Добавяме киселото мляко, олиото и ванилията. Накрая добавяме брашното, като го пресяваме заедно с бакпулвера.
Разбъркваме бавно със силиконова шпатула.

Ponemos el azúcar y el agua en una sartén antiadherente y dejarmos al fuego hasta que se caramelice.
Cuando el caramelo esté listo añadimos la mantequilla.


Put the sugar and water in a non-stick pan and leave on the heat until caramel.
When the caramel is ready add the butter.


В тиган с незалепваща повърхност слагаме захарта и водата и оставяме на котлона до получаване на карамел.
Когато карамелът е готов добавяме маслото.

Utilicé un molde con fondo separador, puse papel de horno en el fondo y unté los lados con mantequilla.
Vierta el caramelo en la sartén y coloque los melocotones en rodajas. Vertemos la mezcla del pastel por encima y horneamos a 160 grados durante unos 30-35min.
Cuando la tarta esté lista, pásala a un plato o bandeja adecuada. El resultado es un pastel afrutado y jugoso, y el caramelo le da un aroma y un sabor sorprendentes.


I used a pan with a separating bottom, I put baking paper on the bottom and buttered the sides.
Pour the caramel into the pan and arrange the sliced peaches. Pour the cake mixture on top and bake at 160 degrees for about 30-35min.
When the cake is ready turn it on to a suitable plate or tray. The result is a fruity juicy cake, and the caramel gives an amazing aroma and taste.


Аз използвах тава с отделящо дъно, като на дъното сложих хартия за печене, а стените намазах с масло.
Изсипваме карамела в тавата и редим нарязаните на филийки праскови. Отгоре изсипваме сместа и печем на 160 градуса за около 30-35мин.
Когато сладкиша е готов го обръщаме върху подходяща чиния или поднос. Резултатът е плодов сочен сладкиш, а карамелът придава невероятен аромат и вкус.

Hola @mariya36, muy buena receta la que hoy nos traes, y el paso a paso está impecable. Creo que es una preparación en la que también pueden utilizarse frutas tropicales como la piña, de hecho, en Venezuela hacemos una torta similar con piña.
