Saludos apreciados amigos! Hoy les haré entrega de una publicación muy especial para mí, como les conté en el Post anterior estuve de cumpleaños el día de ayer, como es de costumbre no puede faltar el pastel de cumpleaños en nuestra mesa, pero acá sucede algo poco común y es que mis dos hijos prefieren comer las tortas tradicionales, esas que son con los típicos ingredientes que conocemos y con poca cobertura, con decirles que no consumen las que se compran en las pastelerías. Pensándolo bien, todo tiene sentido, resulta más saludable y económico ingerir los alimentos hechos en casa, además a todos nos gusta las tortas cubiertas de Chocolate, sin perder mucho tiempo, mi hijo mayor Keny David en la mañana me hizo saber su deseo de querer realizar mi torta de cumpleaños, obviamente invitó a su otro hermano para que cumpliera el rol de asistente, me pareció un gesto muy hermoso de su parte, en la tarde después de almorzar organizamos el espacio y comenzamos la elaboración de la deliciosa receta, anteriormente les compartí compartí el proceso de esta rica receta el cual pueden leer si es de su agrado TORTA DE CHOCOLATE
Utilice los mismo ingredientes y emplee el mismo procedimiento con la diferencia que la realizó mi hijo con la supervisión de un adulto.
