Fruits and some food consumption is highly necessary this kind of season just because you need to face the reality at the moment. We enjoyed more of rain in past month and even still in some part of Nigeria. Ilorin Kwara State has a different perspective entirely when it comes to some beautiful natural occurrence just like the rain, the sun shine. Sometimes when we get to the dry season, we usually experience more of it than other state in Nigeria, although not more than some like Kano state, Zaria , Kaduna, Niger, federal capital territory sometimes.

We have some special fruits and food we see and eat during the raining season. Here comes the green eggplant and the white-yellow eggplant varieties. I was with my mother in law where she works when this woman hawking the two types of eggplant came in and settled down a bit. I worked up to her to asked and negotiated with her which one to buy, although I took my little girl along side with me. When she saw this kind of eatable stuff she was so excited and more happy, she ran to see for herself.

The woman gave me the two varieties and told me to choose from her hand as shown, I decided to checked them out myself and see if they are still in good condition and Health. I checked.

Later she conversate with me and told me their prices and it as follows. The green and the white-yellow eggplant goes for #50 and #100 respectively. If you want to convert to Hive it gives. 0.5 Hive and 1 Hive respectively

Just like every other food or fruit, it is easy to eat raw and they also said you can definitely Cook it as well and mix it with other food ingredients and combine it with Yam, rice and more.

I got home and this was what I bought along the line.

I later took my shower and came back for it as shown below. It was so nice and delicious 😋😋😋😍 to consume I must say.

It has alot of health benefits to Humans when Consume naturally in its pure state. It give so much Nutrients and natural element like sodium, phosphorus and vitamins.
It also decreases the level of blood sugar in the body.
It regulate the body enzymes.

We have green eggplant like this, I often use it for making curry and dip with spicy sauce.
