Hola Foodies. Que tal estuvo su miércoles? No hay nada mejor que darle al cuerpo una comida balanceada para así tener suficiente energía para realizar nuestras actividades diarias. Es por ello que el día de hoy les vengo a compartir una idea de almuerzo sano y rápido de preparar, se trata de una ensalda de zanahorias, vainas, puré de papas y hamburguesitas de carne molida.
Hi Foodies. How was your Wednesday? There is nothing better than giving the body a balanced meal to have enough energy to perform our daily activities. That's why today I'm going to share with you a healthy and quick lunch idea, it's a salad of carrots, beans, mashed potatoes and ground beef patties.

Para preparar la ensalada se lavan muy bien los vegetales, luego se cortan y se ponen a hervir por 15 minutos aproximadamente, después se retira del fuego y se le bota el exceso de agua.
To prepare the salad, wash the vegetables very well, then cut them and boil them for about 15 minutes, then remove from the heat and pour off the excess water.
Luego para realizar las hamburguesitas, se condimenta la carne. A esta le agregue orégano, sal y salsa de ajo. Después se incorporan muy bien los ingredientes y una vez hecho esto se hacen las hamburguesas. Esta se lleva a la freidora de aire por 20 minutos a 180º.
Then to make the hamburgers, the meat is seasoned. To this I add oregano, salt and garlic sauce. Then the ingredients are incorporated very well and once this is done, the hamburgers are made. This is taken to the air fryer for 20 minutes at 180º.
El puré de papa lo suelo preparar de forma básica. Una vez que la papa esta cocida la piso, le agrego sal y mantequilla. Ya por ser papa queda deliciosa jaja.
I usually prepare mashed potatoes in a basic way. Once the potato is cooked, I mash it, add salt and butter. It's delicious just because it's a potato haha.
Y listo. Se sirve y se disfruta un delicioso almuerzo. La verdad me gusta mucho este tipo de comidas ya que suelen ser muy coloridas.
And that's it. Serve and enjoy a delicious lunch. I really like this kind of meals because they are usually very colorful.
