Hello community♡ During this Holy Week, traditionally fish is always eaten, that is why today I bring you a very provocative and easy to prepare dish.

This type of fish is called "rayado". To prepare it, the first thing to do is to season it with salt, garlic, oregano and lemon. Then it is passed through wheat flour.
Then they are placed in hot oil and fried on both sides. White rice is prepared to accompany the fish.
I like the lettuce salad because it is quite quick, just chop the onion, tomato and lettuce. You can add the toppings of your choice.
Finally, fry the plantain slices, which are never missing, and that's it.
