Hola comunidad♡ Hoy les traigo una receta muy curiosa. Una torta hecha con harina de maíz, que por cierto queda muy deliciosa.
Hello community♡ Today I bring you a very curious recipe. A cake made with corn flour, which by the way is very delicious.

| Azúcar 20g | Sugar 20g |
| Huevos 1 | Eggs 1 |
| Harina de trigo 120g | Wheat flour 120g |
| Vainilla | Vanilla |
| Mantequilla 50g | Butter 50g |
| Una taza de leche | One cup of milk |
La harina de maíz es muy tradicional en Venezuela, ya que el alimento que más consumimos son las arepas realizadas con este ingrediente estrella. Pero lo que no sabemos es que a este producto se le puede sacar bastante provecho.
Corn flour is very traditional in Venezuela, since the most consumed food is arepas made with this star ingredient. But what we don't know is that this product can be used to great advantage.
Lo primero que se debe realizar es, agregar la mantequilla, el azúcar, la vainilla y el huevo en un recipiente y estos se deben mezclar hasta que se integren muy bien.
The first thing to do is to add the butter, sugar, vanilla and egg in a bowl and mix until they are well integrated.
Luego se le agrega la harina de maíz y la leche.
Then add the corn flour and milk.
El siguiente paso es agregarle la harina de trigo y batir hasta obtener una mezcla muy cremosa.
The next step is to add the wheat flour and beat until a very creamy mixture is obtained.
Por ultimo agregar la mezcla en un molde previamente engrasado y enharinado. Llevar al horno durante una hora aproximadamente.
Finally add the mixture in a previously greased and floured mold. Bake in the oven for approximately one hour.
