Hello community♡ I hope you are feeling well. Today I bring you a delicious recipe of how to make a strawberry tart. This is one of the desserts that I enjoy preparing the most.
| Harina de trigo 300g | Wheat flour 300g |

| Mantequilla 70g | Butter 70g |
| Dos huevos | Two eggs |
| Fresas congeladas | Frozen strawberries |
| Azúcar 30g | Sugar 30g |
Place the wheat flour and eggs in a medium bowl.
Then add the butter and incorporate the ingredients until a dough is formed.
The dough is then rolled out with a rolling pin.
Carefully place the dough in a previously greased and floured mold and begin to mold it very well. Then, with the help of a fork, make several holes in the dough to remove the air.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
To prepare the jam you only need strawberries, water and sugar. These three ingredients are added to a pot and cooked until it thickens.
The leftover dough is used to make several strips.
Finally, add the jam on the cake and place the strips on top. Bake in the oven for approximately 15 minutes.

Si realmente un toque muy rico aunque si no soy tan amante de por si de dulces con frutas , son realmente muy pocas las queme gustan.
