Feliz noche mi querida comunidad, como estas hoy para la cena hice unas ricas arepas con mojito y te enseñaré como prepararlo.

Happy evening my dear community, how are you today for dinner I made a delicious arepas with mojito and I will teach you how to prepare it.

Los ingredientes que utilice fueron:

Una bolsa de mojito
1 tomate
1 cebolla
2 dientes de ajo
1 tallo de ajo porro
Una pizca de adobo
2 cucharaditas de sal
1 sobre de trifogon
Una taza de leche
1/2 paquete de harina pan
2 cucharadas de aceite

The ingredients I used were:
A bag of mojito
1 tomato
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 stalk of garlic joint
A pinch of marinade
2 teaspoons of salt
1 envelope of trifogon
A cup of milk
1/2 package of bread flour
2 tablespoons oil

Preparación:

Comencé cortando todas las verduras en cuadritos pequeños, también triturar el ajo.

Luego en una sarten previamente caliente colocar el aceite y las verduras picaditas y sofreír por 5 minutos.

Después agregar el mojito, el ajo el adobo y el trifogon. Integrar bien los ingredientes tapar y dejar cocer por 10 minutos.

Luego agregar la sal y la leche revolver y dejar cocinar hasta que se absorba la leche bajar del fuego.

Para las arepas, mezclar la harina con una pizca de sal y agua, moldear las arepas y cocinar en el budare.

Luego rellena las arepas con el mojito y sírvelas y acompaña con una coca cola fría.
