Opted for Chicken with No Beer at a Chicken and Beer Restaurant

#7.png

It was a long day for us. As early as 6am, we departed Cebu City and were bound for Compostela to attend a company activity intended for us who belong to the field of sales operations. We had a whole day of activities wherein we exchanged different ideas in our respective fields, and there was also a presentation of the consolidated group outputs.

Since it was quite a tiring day for us, when we ended our activities, me and my good friends at work, Regine and Wilgie, decided to eat out. Eating is our way of coping. It is the best thing we can do to get our strength back and clear our minds for the next day.

The 3 of us decided to eat some Korean food, and since one of us has a curfew, we decided to choose restaurants in the Banilad Area in favor of the location of her boarding house. There were a lot of restaurants in the Banilad area, so we really had a lot of options. With all the discussions about which restaurant to go to, we then opted to have our dinner at Chicken and Beer Restaurant at Streetscape.

Why Chicken and Beer in Streetscape?
As mentioned earlier, we were craving some Korean food and this restaurant serves Korean Food. Another thing was that Wilgie insisted on us to try their chicken. So, without further negotiations and arguments about where to eat (since our stomachs were already growling), we ended up here.

What dishes did we order?
We had 1 order of Rabokki-P290.00 ($5.17), 1 order of Cheeseling chicken in 6pcs-P355.00 ($6.33), 1 hot pot Bibimbap-P290.00 ($5.17), and 2 cups of rice-P100.00 ($1.78). Our total bill for this meal was at P1,035.00 ($18.50).

By the way, though we opted for the Chicken and Beer Restaurant, we did not literally have a beer for our drinks. Since we still have a lot of things to do the following day, we don’t want to mess up. 😆😄

Our overall experience at Chicken and Beer was very good. Since it's a weekday, there were only a few customers. It was not crowded, and it was not noisy. The staff were friendly and, of course, aside from its ambiance, the food was also delicious, though a bit expensive, but we still enjoyed our experience at this restaurant. Our photos together express how we enjoyed chit-chatting over food on our tiring day.

That’s all for now. Thank you for dropping by and reading my blog. Keep Safe!
