Mi hermano es amante de la comida poco convencional, hemos probado diferentes restaurantes en nuestra ciudad y en nuestros viajes gracias a que él, ya que siempre busca platos diferentes, y yo pues siempre aprovecho para probar muchas de sus locuras (aunque a veces nos hemos llevado una mala sorpresa por intentar cosas de este estilo, jajaja).
My brother is a lover of unconventional food, we have tried different restaurants in our city and in our travels thanks to him, since he always looks for different dishes, and I always take the opportunity to try many of his crazy things (although sometimes we have taken a bad surprise for trying things like this, jajaja).
Esta vez, su búsqueda nos llevo con esta hamburguesa sushi, por lo que la pedimos y esperamos pacientemente este belleza.
This time, his search led us to this sushi burger, so we ordered it and waited patiently for this beauty.
Pero como pueden ver , está no es demasiado grande, por lo que pensamos acompañarla con unos roles de salmón y aguacate.

Lo más llamativo de este plato son las diferentes texturas, el tempurizado le da ese crounch tan delicioso al igual que el salmón empanizado, la salsa de anguila y la salsa dragon del restaurante son muy intensas mientras y el aguacate y el pepino aligeran un poco el sabor, dándole frescura.
