Many people like bharta. And if bharta is made with bharta, then there is no answer. I have come to you with such a recipe. My recipe today is chela fish bharta with bharta. It is one of my favorite recipes. It is good to eat a little bharta with hot rice. Let's see how to make bharta step by step.
Ingredients for making the recipe:
As much potato peel, or 1/2 kg potato peel.
Chela Shutki 50 grams.
As much as raw chilies.
Two onions.
Two garlic.
Oil quantity.
Salt to taste.
Recipe preparation method:
First step:
In the first step, the chela shutki fish should be fried in a pan. Because before doing anything with the shutki fish, if you fry it and then wash it with water, the sand and dirt will be cleaned from it.
Second step:
In this step, you have to fry the garlic and onions first with oil in the pan. If there is a little color, then you have to fry and wash the dried fruits. You have to fry them well together.
Third step:
In this step, I have fried the raw chillies in separate oil. In this it will not be full and the flavor will be better.
Fourth Step:
In this step, the patal shells should be boiled with light salt and water.
Fifth Step:
In this step, the boiled patal shells should be fried in light oil. After frying well, take it out.
Sixth Step:
In this step, fry all the fried dried onions, garlic, pattal skins, raw chillies and fry them together.
The batter should be started slowly.
Seventh Step:
In this step, the mixture of the filling should be fine and beaten. The salt should be checked. After this, it should be served.
Eighth step:
