Espero todos anden muy bien por aca, haciendo recetas deliciosas que sin duda nos ayudan a variar nuestra alimentacion dia a dia, sobretodo cuando tenemos niños debemos ser muy versátiles al cocinar, yo por este lado quise complacer a mis amores con unos deliciosos golfeados 😍 para el que nunca lo ha probado, tienen que hacerlo, no pueden irse de este mundo sin probarlos jajaja

Ingredientes

✳1kg de Harina de trigo
✳ 300 gr de Azucar
✳350 gr de Papelon
✳ 1 huevo
✳ 10gr de Levadura

✳ Queso para rayar
✳ Pizca de sal
✳ 20gr de Canela

Okey, lo primero que haremos es activar la levadura, para esto agregué la levadura con una cucharada de azúcar y un poco de agua tibia, y la llevé a un lugar oscuro, bien tapada!!

Pasados unos 10minutos comenzamos el proceso para amasar, en un recipiente grande hice un volcán, poniendo abajo la pizca de sal, luego la harina de trigo, y en el medio agregue la mantequilla previamente derretida, el huevo y la levadura y comence a unir todos los ingredientes agregando poco a poco el agua, la cantidad de agua dependera de la consistencia de la masa (siempre dejo un poco de harina en la bolsa para ir calculando luego que agregue el agua si necesita o no mas harina) la idea es amasar hasta que la masa no se pegue de nuestros dedos!! Amasamos unos 10 minutos ya que esto es muy importante para la suavidad de la masa! Una vez lista la masa, armamos los golfeados de una vez para aprovechar la fuerza de la levadura y crezcan lo mas que puedan ☺

estiré la masa en forma de rectangulo, dejando la parte superior mas gruesa que el resto que media 1cm mas o menos, una vez estirada toda la masa, agregué un poco de mantequilla y realice una mezcla con la canela y azucar en partes iguales, la cual agregue sobre la mantequilla, luego le puse trozos de papelon y un poco de queso, aca pueden ponerle mas, pero en mi caso como estaba excesivamente SALADO no quise agregarle mucho!!

Y comenzamos a envolver, tal cual un pan de jamon jeje comenzamos por la parte mas gruesa, cerrandolo bien apretadito, una vez envuelto todo tratamos de ponerlo todo del mismo grueso y cortamos pedacitos, yo use mis dos dedos para tratar que todo quedaran iguales, es cortar con mucho cuidado, no afincar el cuchillo, es pasarlo con mucho cuidado hasta cortarlo todo!!

Ahora los dejamos reposar unos 30 minutos, a la bandeja le agregue mantequilla y puse mis golfeados a reposar, es importante que no los pongan tan pegados porque creceran!! Mientras se reposaban yo puse a diluir el papelon con un poco de agua (este es el secreto) 😂 una vez se reposaron y evidentemente crecieron mas, les agregue un poco de agua a la bandeja con un poco del papelon diluido, esto para que los golfeados no queden secos, y el toque del papelon abajo es delicioso 😋! Los llegue al horno a fuego medio por 10 minutos, pasado este tiempo los saque y los pinte por encima con un poco de papelon y agregue un poco de la mezcla de canela con azucar, volvi a llevar al horno por 30 minutos mas y listo😍 asi quedaron👇👇
