Una de las cosas de mi rutina diaria que disfruto mucho es cocinar, y algo que me encanta preparar para complementar el almuerzo son las ensaladas, que por muy sencillas que sean no deben faltar en mis platos.
Hoy les traigo una sencilla preparación de una ensalada que hice como complemento de del almuerzo familiar.

Preparé pechuga de pollo mechada, arroz blanco, y una deliciosa ensalada de zanahoria y repollo rallados.

Ingredientes para la ensalada:
4 o 5 Zanahorias peladas
1/4 de repollo pequeño
3 cucharadas de Mayonesa
2 cucharadas de Aceite
1 cucharada de Vinagre
1 cucharada de Azúcar
1/2 cucharadita de sal


Preparación
Lavar las zanahorias ya peladas y el repollo en abundante agua, acostumbro dejarlas unos minutos en agua con vinagre o sal, luego se deben escurrir bien y con un rallador de cocina rallar las zanahorias y cortar muy fino el repollo.
Mezclamos aparte los demás ingredientes e incorporamos a nuestros vegetales. Removemos bien y listo, ya tenemos una ensalada fresca y muy deliciosa.
