The avocado is the most important ingredient. This simple and delicious dip goes perfectly with nachos. I didn't have nachos in the house, but everyone wanted guacamole, so it tastes great with chips too ;)
Die Avocado ist die wichtigste Zutat. Dieser einfache und leckere Dip passt perfekt zu Nachos. Ich hatte keine Nachos im Haus , aber alle wollten Guacamole, dann schmeckt es auch mit Chips.;)
The ingredients you need are avocado, tomato, onion, garlic, lemon juice, coriander, jalapeno, salt and pepper.
An Zutaten benötigst Du Avocado, Tomate, Zwiebel, Knoblauch, Zitronensaft, Koriander, Jalapeno, Salz und Pfeffer.
Cut the avocado in half, remove the core and release the flesh. Add the sliced onion and garlic and the lime or lemon juice.
Halbiere die Avocado, entferne den Kern und löse das Fruchtfleisch aus. Gib die geschnittene Zwiebel und den Knoblauch dazu. Sowie den Limetten- bzw. Zitronensaft.
Now crush the avocado with a fork until you get a puree.
Nun zerdrückst Du die Avocado mit der Gabel bis ein Mus entsteht.
I only blanched the tomatoes briefly and peeled off the skin. Cut the tomato into cubes and stir them together with the Jalapeno into the avocado cream.
Ich habe die Tomaten erst kurz blanchiert und die Haut abgezogen. Die Tomate in Würfel schneiden und mit der Jalopeno zusammen in die Avocadocreme unterrühren.
Now add the coriander and season everything with salt and pepper.
Nun noch den Koriander dazugeben und alles mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.
Now arrange it nicely. I wish you a lot of fun trying out the recipe.
