Galletas tipo rolls // Cookies rolls


Saludos amigos, hoy les mostrare como preparar unas galletas tipo rolls, para realizarla usaremos 50 gramos de mantequilla, 40 gramos de azúcar, 1 huevo, 120 gramos de trigo harina todo uso, 1/2 cucharadita de polvo de hornear, esencia de vainilla al gusto, 1 pizca de sal. Para rellenar usaremos azúcar al gusto.

Greetings friends, today I will show you how to prepare some cookies type rolls, to make it we will use 50 grams of butter, 40 grams of sugar, 1 egg, 120 grams of wheat flour all use, 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder, vanilla essence to taste, 1 pinch of salt. To fill in we will use sugar to taste.


Todos los ingredientes los colocamos en un bol o una mesa de trabajo y amasamos hasta formar una masa homogénea, tapamos con una bolsa y refrigeramos por 20 minutos.

All the ingredients are placed in a bowl or on a work table and kneaded into a homogeneous dough, covered with a bag and refrigerated for 20 minutes.


Transcurrido ese tiempo la sacamos del refrigerador, la colocamos en la mesa de trabajo y con la ayuda de un rodillo estiramos muy bien, en este momento colocamos el relleno en este caso sera solo azúcar, la esparciremos por toda la superficie de la masa.

After this time we take it out of the refrigerator, we put it on the work table and with the help of a roller we stretch it very well, at this moment we put the filling in this case it will be only sugar, we will spread it all over the surface of the dough.


Posteriormente formaremos un rollo y cortaremos nuestras galletas, aproximadamente de 1 centímetro de espesor.

Then we will form a roll and cut our cookies, approximately 1 cm thick.


Seguidamente la colocamos en una bandeja previamente engrasada y enharinada, llevaremos al horno por 30 minutos a fuego medio.

Then we put it on a previously greased and floured tray, we take it to the oven for 30 minutes at medium heat.
