Hello friends, today I will show you how to make Venezuelan pastelitos dough, for that we will need:
✓ 150 de harina de trigo todo uso preferiblemente.
✓ 75 ml de agua.
✓ 15 ml de aceite.
✓ 1/2 cucharadita de sal.
✓ 150 grams of all-purpose wheat flour preferred.
✓ 75 ml water.
✓ 15 ml oil.
✓ ½ teaspoon salt.
Paso a paso./Step by step:
We put the flour and salt in a bowl.
We heat the water with the oil, when it boils we go down and let it cool down a bit. When it is warm, add it to the flour.
We mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained, we can help ourselves with a wooden palette.
Place it on a flat surface, knead it for 10 minutes, let it rest for 15 minutes, cover it with a bag.
Then with the help of a roller we flatten our dough leaving it very thin as shown in the picture.
Then we proceed to cut, with the help of a cutter or an aluminum cup.
We take out the leftover dough.
We place the filling of our preference.
Then a sheet of dough is placed on top.
With the help of a fork we seal the ends.
Fry in plenty of oil and eat.
