Lo primero que preparamos fue la carne, yo uso pulpa molida que tiene menos grasa, le agrego sal, salsa inglesa, media cebolla rallada, 3 diente de ajo, una cucharada de harina pan, media cucharada de mostaza, todo esto lo amaso y lo dejo reposar por 20 minutos.

The first thing we prepared was the meat, I use ground pulp that has less fat, I add salt, Worcestershire sauce, half a grated onion, 3 cloves of garlic, a spoonful of bread flour, half a spoonful of mustard, I knead all this and let it rest for 20 minutes.

Seguidamente se lavan y cortan los tomates, cebolla, lechuga. También prepare una salsa con aliño verdes, cebolla, ajo, vinagre, aceite y sal al gusto.

Then wash and cut the tomatoes, onions and lettuce. Also prepare a sauce with green dressing, onion, garlic, vinegar, oil and salt to taste.

Luego se van armando según las peticiones de los comensales, en este proceso me ayudo mi hermana que parece una araña, preparando varias hamburguesas a la vez.

Siempre que preparamos algo para todos la foto final es un gran reto pues a medida que van saliendo se las van comiendo... Quedaron mu ricas.
