Мій син Максим обожнює сирники. Він бажає їх споживати щодня! Тому я намагаюся змінити подачу цієї їжі. А Максим поки що може вмістити п'ять, але каже, що як йому виповниться шість років, зможе з'їдати більшу кількість- аж шість!
Мій син дегустує, як сьогодні мені вдалися сирники, він облизується))))
Hi to all! My son Maxim loves cheesecakes. He wants to consume them every day! So I try to change the look of this food. And Maxim can still hold five, but says that when he turns six, he will be able to eat more - as many as six!
Мені подобаються продукти Dr.Oetker
Для моїх сирників потрібно мати:
- нежирний творог 300 грам,
- одне яйце,
- мука дві ложки столові ( в мене пшенична і кукурудзяна).
- ванільний цукор.
For my cheesecakes you need to have:
- low-fat cottage cheese 300 grams, one egg,
- Two tablespoons of flour (I have wheat and corn).
- vanilla sugar.
До тарілки з нежирним творогом я додаю: яйце, ванільний цукор, ложку пшеничної і ложку кукурудзяної муки, і все добре перемішую.
To a plate with low-fat cottage cheese, I add: egg, vanilla sugar, a spoonful of wheat and a spoonful of corn flour, and mix everything well.
Формую невеликі кульки, і приплющую їх. Бажано робити це мокрими руками, тоді сир не чіпляється до рук, і можна легко зліпити бажану форму сирників.
I form small balls and squeeze them. It is desirable to do this with wet hands, then the cheese does not stick to your hands, and you can easily make the desired shape of cheesecakes.
Обсмажити сирники з обох боків до рум'яності, викласти на тарілку, посипати цукровою пудрою. Мій макс любить сирники зі сметаною. А я посипаю декором для краси.
Fry the cheesecakes on both sides until golden brown, place on a plate, sprinkle with powdered sugar. My max loves cheesecakes with sour cream. And I sprinkle with decor for beauty.
А я люблю сирники смакувати з трояндовим варенням. Смак божественний, а смак неповторний!
And I like to taste cheesecakes with rose jam. The smell is divine, and the taste is unique!
