¡Hola @nellita66! He tardado mucho rato en pasar a leer tu post, pero aquí estoy. Definitivamente ese plato de sopa se ve espectacular y da hambre de solo verlo. Me contenta mucho que al hacer esta sopa, hayas recordado tus paseos al río San Juan con tu familia, precisamente era este uno de los objetivos del concurso, que ustedes, los Foodies, conectasen con su memoria gastronómica y trajesen recetas familiares. Te doy las gracias por tu generosidad al compartir esta excelente receta, la cual me gusta mucho por el empleo de costilla y tuétano, así como también por la incorporación de un elemento espesante, como es la pasta. Por otra parte, me sorprendió el uso del perejil como aliño verde, es poco común verlo en estas recetas de forma tan contundente. Has hecho un buen post. Que tengas un buen día. Saludos.
