Hola amigos, espero que se encuentren muy bien. Hoy les traigo una deliciosa receta de pasta con carne molida, se que les encantara.

Hello friends, I hope you are very well. Today I bring you a delicious recipe for pasta with ground meat, I know you will love it.

Ingredientes:

300g de carne molida.
2 tomates medianos.
1 cebolla mediana.
1 berenjena mediana.
2 ramitas de cebollin.
500g de pasta.
3 ajies.
Ajo.
Pimienta.
Sal.
Azúcar (media cucharada).
Oregano
Aceite.

Ingredients:
300g of ground beef.
2 medium tomatoes.
1 medium onion.
1 medium eggplant.
2 sprigs of chives.
500g of pasta.
3 peppers.
Garlic.
Pepper.
Salt.
Sugar (half a tablespoon).
Oregano
Oil.

Empezamos colocando a hervir una olla con suficiente agua para cocinar la pasta. Una vez hirviendo agregamos media cucharada de sal, la pasta cruda y revolvemos.

We start by boiling a pot with enough water to cook the pasta. Once boiling add half a tablespoon of salt, the raw pasta and stir.

Mientras esperamos que la pasta se cocine, aprovechamos de lavar y cortar todos nuestros vegetales muy pequeñitos.

While we wait for the pasta to cook, we take advantage of washing and cutting all our very small vegetables.

En una sarten caliente agregamos un chorrito de aceite y sofreímos la cebolla, el aji y la berenjena picada. Luego de que estos ingredientes esten bien sofritos agregamos la carne molida, el cebollin, una pizca de sal y procedemos a mezclar los ingredientes durante unos minutos para luego agregar el tomate y un chorrito de agua, volvemos a mezclar y tapamos hasta que todos los ingredientes se cocinen bien.

In a hot pan, add a drizzle of oil and fry the onion, chili pepper and chopped aubergine. After these ingredients are well fried, add the ground meat, chives, a pinch of salt and proceed to mix the ingredients for a few minutes and then add the tomato and a splash of water, mix again and cover until all the ingredients cook well.

Una vez bien cocinados los ingredientes, destapamos la carne, agregamos un poco de orégano, media cucharada de azúcar y ajo finamente picado. Revolvemos y luego de unos minutos apagamos.

Once the ingredients are well cooked, uncover the meat, add a little oregano, half a tablespoon of sugar and finely chopped garlic. We stir and after a few minutes we turn off.

Cocida la pasta, colamos y reservamos por un momento. En una olla caliente agregamos 2 cucharadas de mantequilla, una vez derretida agregamos una cucharada de ajo picado, un poco de cebollin y sal al gusto. Una vez listo agregamos la pasta a la olla.

Cook the pasta, strain and reserve for a moment. In a hot pot we add 2 tablespoons of butter, once melted we add a tablespoon of minced garlic, a little chives and salt to taste. Once ready we add the pasta to the pot.

Mezclamos hasta que este todo muy bien incorporado.

We mix until everything is well incorporated.

(Opcional) Freimos unas tajadas de platano macho para acompañar.

(Optional) We fry a few slices of plantain to accompany it.
