This last week I have been less active due to various errands and devastating tiredness, probably due to the bad weather and my mood which is often not the best due to depression. A few days ago, out of curiosity, my husband and I went to a restaurant in the mountains about which we had read various positive reviews on social media and we were curious to try it! When we arrived there, we were welcomed by a simple and a bit pulp place, really nice, in the colors of green and black, with the hand-written menu on various walls, some tables made with old drums and a really nice and approachable owner. He made us sit right away, since it was mid-week there were several free seats, we learned that the place is frequented mostly by students and professors and by a young and lively clientele. He also brought us the paper menu which was quite extensive, the place is a Hamburgeria so the main dishes are burgers with 0 km meat and vegetables. You can choose between various types of burgers, each with a typical name inspired by what they use is composed, there are then various snacks such as chips, onion rings, jalapenos tacos etc. And to drink, in addition to soft drinks, also various craft and non-craft beers.

Esta última semana he estado menos activa debido a varios recados y un cansancio devastador, probablemente debido al mal tiempo y a mi estado de ánimo que muchas veces no es el mejor debido a la depresión. Hace unos días, por curiosidad, mi marido y yo fuimos a un restaurante en la montaña del que habíamos leído varias críticas positivas en las redes sociales y ¡teníamos curiosidad por probarlo! Cuando llegamos nos recibió un local sencillo y un poco pulp, muy bonito, de colores verde y negro, con el menú escrito a mano en varias paredes, unas mesas hechas con tambores viejos y un ambiente muy agradable y cercano. dueño. Nos hizo sentar enseguida, como era mitad de semana había varios asientos libres, supimos que el lugar es frecuentado mayoritariamente por estudiantes y profesores y por una clientela joven y animada. Among the various sandwiches (there were chicken, beef, tuna with various condiments, cheese of various kinds, vegetables and particular sauces) we ordered the "mountain man" with beef, black and red cabbage chips, bacon sliced salad, lettuce and caramelized onions and I instead ordered "The bull's eye" with fried egg, cabbage chips, mayonnaise and cheddar sauce, pork, served open so that when closing it the yolk slides out of the egg breaking, creating a cascade of hot egg all over the sandwich, a real pleasure, even if I confess I got my mouth all over eating it, it was truly immense and full of egg. To accompany the sandwiches we took french fries and an onion ring, in short, not exactly a dietary lunch! We had a great time, the owner also very eruditely explained to us the products of the sandwiches and their origin, he was also really nice and kind, he made us feel really welcome! The price of the burgers is a little higher than the standard but it's worth it for the quality and portions, in the end the two of us didn't spend too much around 40 euros with snacks and drinks included. We liked the place and I really think we will return, we love simple places and good food!

Entre los diversos bocadillos (había pollo, ternera, atún con varios condimentos, quesos de varios tipos, verduras y salsas particulares) pedimos el "montañoso" con ternera, chips de col negra y lombarda, ensalada de lonchas de tocino, lechuga y cebolla caramelizada y en su lugar pedí "La diana" con huevo frito, chips de repollo, mayonesa y salsa cheddar, carne de cerdo, servida abierta para que al cerrarla la yema se deslice fuera del huevo rompiéndose, creando una cascada de huevo caliente por todo el sándwich, un auténtico placer, aunque confieso que se me acabó la boca al comerlo, estaba realmente inmenso y lleno de huevo. Para acompañar los bocadillos llevamos patatas fritas y un aro de cebolla, en definitiva, ¡no es precisamente un almuerzo dietético! Nos lo pasamos muy bien, el dueño también nos explicó muy eruditamente los productos de los bocadillos y su origen, también fue muy simpático y amable, ¡nos hizo sentir muy bienvenidos! El precio de las hamburguesas es un poco superior al estándar pero merece la pena por la calidad y las raciones, al final no nos gastamos mucho los dos, unos 40 euros con snack y bebida incluida. Nos gustó el lugar y realmente creo que volveremos, ¡nos encantan los lugares sencillos y la buena comida!
