Tonight I come back home late, it was a good day, I went outside finally for a little trip in my region so when I was back home I don't want to cook complicated things.
So I decide to do a simple dinner, salad, beans and local sausages.
I often buy sausages from our local butcher, are really good and tasty meat.
Much better than the supermarket!
First I put the sausages in the pan with oil and in another pan I put the beans with some slices of onion for make them more tasty and I prepare the salad with salt, oil and spices.
Than I fry the sausages until they are crunchy and their smell it's good usually we don't need oil because they fry in their own fat but I think a spoon of oil it's better.
Than I put all together on a dish and I add some Tuscan bread slices and a tasty and fast dinner its ready.
It was a good dinner it makes me feel full.
