Dear lovers of good food, probably each of you loves and uses potatoes in your kitchen and prepares it in various ways.
After bread, potatoes are probably the most common food in our traditional cuisine. We all almost always have potatoes in the house and we regularly use them for pleasure.
It also has a very beneficial effect on the health of the entire human body. In addition to being prepared in different ways, this vegetable is rich in vitamin C, manganese and phosphorus. In addition to food, potatoes are used for many other purposes, such as medicinal and cosmetic.
Today I decided to make a potato pancake, it is very tasty, everyone can add what they want, or they can even prepare it naturally without the addition of ham or bacon.
INGREDIENTS:
5 to 6 potatoes
50 g of bacon
a little ham
half an onion
a little green spring onion
a small cube of butter
salt and pepper
These ingredients are at my request, or better to say what I like, for a delicious dinner. But everyone can be creative and create a recipe to their liking will not go wrong.
PREPARATION:
The potatoes should be washed with the shell and boiled in salted water. When the potatoes are cooked, leave them to cool and then remove the shell.
Finely chop the other ingredients you want to add to your pancake for a richer taste.
Grate the potatoes coarsely and only when you have finished preparing the ingredients do you start making the pancakes.
Put the bacon in the pan first, it will release its fat, so oil is not needed here. Then add the onion and simmer briefly.
When the onion is fried and the bacon becomes a little crispy, add the grated potatoes and mix everything together.
Season it to your taste and I added some vegeta.
Then add the young green onions.
I also added some ham, shape the pancake and turn it over using a plate. To keep the shape completely round like a pancake.
You can serve a potato pancake with any salad, if it is natural, it can be a side dish with meat.
