The length of roasting depends on the thickness of the meat, thin pieces of meat, kebabs and vegetables are placed on a higher heat and baked for a very short time. While larger pieces of meat are baked on a lower heat and longer, the meat should be well roasted inside.
One of the secrets of the perfect barbecue is a good marinade. It depends on whether the meat will be tasty. Whatever marinade you decide on, you should know that it should be rich in oils or other fats and slightly sour with the addition of wine or a little lemon juice.
The time of keeping the meat in the marinade determines the intensity of the taste.
GRILLED VEGETABLES GREAT SIDE DISH:
Vegetables, grilled, are an excellent side dish that is quick to prepare and the smoke from the grill only makes it even better. We baked whole peppers and onions, peppers can be consumed with meat as a side dish or salad with the addition of garlic and vinegar.
Roast the peppers at a medium direct temperature until the peppers turn golden brown, turn each pepper evenly and bake them for a few minutes on each side.
Lunch in nature in the fresh air is always pleasant, with a little socializing and a good mood.
