Simply light and healthy food - for summer days - recipe my way

Dear lovers of good healthy food, the warm summer days are coming down, so fresh healthy vegetables are arriving, which should be used and eaten healthily.

Summer and with it come hot summer days, when we don't have much appetite for some heavy and fatty food.

Chicken is often on my menu, chicken is a light food because of its natural taste, it is prepared in various ways.

It is used all over the world and is very adaptable for baking, grilled, cooked or fried, no matter how you prepare it, it is always delicious.

You can combine chicken with anything you want, my choice today was to prepare a salad as a side dish. Nothing better than a light, tasty and healthy meal.

INGREDIENTS:

INGREDIENTS FOR MARINADE:

  • one chicken fillet
  • olive oil
  • spoon of vegeta
  • spoon of ground red pepper
  • spoon of chicken seasoning
  • a little rosemary

PREPARATION:

Cut the chicken fillet into thinner steaks, so that it is quickly baked briefly for a few minutes on one side and a few minutes on the other, the meat will be soft.

When you have cut the meat into steaks, prepare the marinade, put olive oil in one bowl, then add the spices and mix well to combine everything.

When the marinade is ready, coat each steak on both sides and let it stand for at least half an hour.

SALAD INGREDIENTS AS A SIDE DISH:

  • one cucumber
  • two tomatoes
  • a small can of red bean
  • a little salt
  • a little olive oil

PREPARATION:

Wash the beans under a cold stream of water, chop the cucumber and tomato into small cubes.

Add a little olive oil, a little salt and stir the salad.

The meat was left in the marinade and now we are frying the meat in very little oil, because there is oil in the marinade as well, fry the meat at a medium temperature for a few minutes on both sides.

When the meat is done, serve it with a salad, simply a delicious and light lunch.
