Homemade bread Without and various additives, it can be very soft for a long time, just as tasty as the one you bought, only here you know what you put in it and you eat it with pleasure knowing that it is healthy.
INGREDIENTS:
15 g of yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon salt
200 ml of water
50 ml of oil
400 g of flour
PREPARATION:
Add the crushed yeast to the bowl.
Then add water, the water must be lukewarm.
Then add a spoonful of sugar, and stir.
Then lightly add a couple of tablespoons of flour, stirring constantly, so that the dough does not have lumps.
Then add oil, leave 2 tablespoons on the side and a tablespoon of salt, continue to mix and add flour.
When the dough is thick enough, add the remaining flour, but you have to knead it by hand.
Sprinkle the work surface with flour and form a dough in the shape of a ball.
When the dough is ready, add 2 tablespoons of the oil you left on the side to the bowl and roll the dough in the oil on all sides, leave it to stand for an hour.
When the dough rises, take it out of the bowl, move it slightly and roll it out to a thickness of 1 cm.
We roll the dough into a roll and put it in a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Cover the dough and leave it to stand for 15 minutes, turn on the oven to 200 degrees to warm up, bake the bread for about 30 minutes.
Before putting it in the oven, you can cut it slightly and lightly with a knife to make it look nicer or like the one from the store.
The bread is ready, soft with an irresistible smell and taste.

That looks like a pretty simple, straight-forward recipe. I'm surprised it doesn't inlcude an egg, though, with oil and water both used to allow the two to mix. It looks like it works just fine without the egg, though, going by the photos!
There's nothing quite like the smell of baking bread, is there? It's been awhile, but I used to make bread often. A personal favorite of mine is onion or garlic bread, but you have to allow the dough to sit overnight in the refrigerator to absorb the flavor better.
