Dear lovers of creamy desserts, this is one of my favorite desserts that I often make and enjoy this delicious cake.
It is known that this recipe comes from Italy, today it is spread all over the world.
Traditional tiramisu is a dessert reminiscent of pudding - it usually consists of biscuits dipped in coffee or liqueur, arranged between a rich filling. Tiramisu was originally made from a light cream, but in recent years mascarpone cheese has been used, which has become fashionable.
This layered pudding is made from mascarpone cheese, coffee, rum (optional) and soft biscuits, and the popularity of tiramisu is measured by the fact that today there are so many texts and variations on the theme of this cake, that it is very difficult to find an original recipe for tiramisu. I always make it according to this recipe and it is always very tasty, this is my recipe.
- 4 eggs
- 130 g of sugar
- 500 g of marskapone cheese
- 200 ml sweet sour cream
- One packet of biscuits
- Coffee (if necessary) for dipping biscuits
Separate the egg whites from the yolks, only the yolks are used in the tiramisu. To make the cream fine and very creamy, I cook the egg yolks on steam.
We cook eggs on steam by putting water in one bowl and the one with eggs and sugar over the sherpa with water, we stir with a mixer until the eggs and sugar get whitish and thicken.
When the mass has thickened, leave it to cool well.
In another large bowl, add the cheese, add the mass of eggs and sugar to the cheese, which has previously cooled well, mix with a mixer to combine everything nicely.
When everything is nicely combined, in another bowl, mix the sweet sour cream with a mixer.
Then we add sweet sour cream to the mass with eggs, sugar and cheese, stirring with a wooden spoon slowly so that the filling unites and becomes loose and creamy.
The cream is ready, dip the biscuits in chilled coffee and arrange in a deeper pan.
When we have arranged the row of biscuits, we add half of the filling over them.
Spread the cream evenly over the whole biscuit.
Arrange the second row of biscuits over the cream, and add the other half of the cream, which we also spread nicely over the biscuits.
When you have spread the cream, decorate it with cocoa over the cream, leave the tiramisu to cool well in the fridge and serve.
Tiramisu is definitely the perfect dessert for all occasions, and my favorite creamy sweet treat.
