INGREDIENTS:
- four egg whites
- 200 g of sugar
- For the third ingredient, if you like the taste of coconut, you can add a tablespoon or two of coconut, grated chocolate or almonds of your choice, one of these ingredients. And this can be done without adding a third ingredient.
PREPARATION:
Put egg whites in a certain larger bowl, and slowly add sugar.
Then mix with a mixer to beat the egg whites into the solid snow.
When the egg whites are beaten into the solid snow, add what you want from the third ingredient, I added a spoonful of grated chocolate. stir with a wooden spoon gently.
Line a baking tray with baking paper, fill the cake syringe with the mixture.
before using the cookie syringe, make sure that no air remains, but that it is well filled.
Then in a baking tray on baking paper, form macaroon as desired, I shaped them this way like a small volcano.
When you have shaped them as you wish, put them in the oven at 100 degrees, this cake is not baked but dried.
These cookies require patience because they need to be dried in the oven for about an hour.
When they are ready, take them out of the oven and let them cool down.
They are so delicious, crispy on the outside, and melt in your mouth.
